Job Purpose The role of Installations Team Leader is really important to us. You will be responsible for managing and developing a team of Installation Co-ordinators to deliver installation and activation activities around the right first time approach and ensuring excellent customer experience at all times. The successful candidate will be self-driven and able to develop a high performing team to deliver against targets and objectives as well as supporting the management team in wider business objectives and driving continuous improvement. We would love to welcome you to our Crewe office, working hours of Monday-Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm. Your responsibilities day to day will be… Day to day management of the Installation Coordinators in line with company policy Point of escalation for operational matters – team, installers and wider business Oversee team process and ensure accuracy Support with team processes/ workload to ensure SLAs are met Answer team queries in relation to completion of responsibilities Report to Installation Manager/ Head of any issues or risks on meeting SLAs Work collaboratively with Engineering Management to ensure any issues with installation networks are proactively resolved Team performance reporting Coaching and development of the Implementation team Deliver training to team members What do we expect of you? Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate proficiently both written and verbal Ability to develop relationships with team and wider business Organised Efficient Proactive and forward thinking Ability to coach and develop team members to create high performing team Capable of identifying improvement areas and ability to implement change successfully Problem solving skills with focus on quality and customer experience Able to adapt and succeed in a fast paced, changing environment. The ability to manage time and work comfortably under pressure, to complete required tasks to required deadlines. Ability to work effectively as part of a team to meet both client and business needs.
