Job Description Position Summary: This primary objective of this position is to lead team members and facilitate the delivery of all phases of the global EDMS project, including but not limited to, blueprinting, unit testing, system confirmation / lock, formal validation, test execution, configuration migration management, defect management, resource management, change management, data migration, integrations, training, procedural control (SOPs, Policies, Standards), PMO updates, and act as the executive steering committee moderator. Additional responsibilities include the development and maintenance of the project management timeline (project plan) and working with the internal teams of IT, Quality, CSV as well as external contracted teams to ensure proper engagement and responsiveness. Requirements: • Track record of successful IT project delivery. Ability to manage multiple project phases, multiple project teams, in parallel • Experience with enterprise systems implementations, having implemented Quality Systems and/or OpenText D2-LSQM specifically would be favorable • Experienced in GxP environments preferred -Sound understanding of both configuration and defect management • Service oriented attitude and excellent interpersonal skills • Detail oriented working style • Superior organization, multi‐tasking and problem‐solving skills • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) • Experience with traditional project management methodologies as well as iterative development methodologies • Familiarity and experience with Project Portfolio Management tools • 4-year college/university degree or relevant experience • PMP or Scrum Master Preferred • Pharmaceutical or Life Science experience preferred • Travel 10-15%
