We have an immediate opportunity for an Accounting/payroll Assistant with at least 2 years' experience within a similar role, to work in a busy accounts office in Llantrisant related to the construction and recycling industry. Key responsibilities include: PAYROLL Preparing and processing weekly and monthly payroll Dealing with payroll queries PURCHASE LEDGER Inputting expenses, invoices, credit notes, and other journals such as sales and payroll Supplier statement reconciliations Preparing and processing payment runs Handling client and supplier queries via email and telephone Reviewing aged creditors Performing other ad hoc tasks as required The Candidate: We are looking for a bright and enthusiastic individual who possesses the following qualities: Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role Honest, trustworthy with integrity Strong accuracy and attention to detail Excellent communication skills Good organization and time management skills Ability to work independently ADZN1_UKTJ
