Synonymous for their customer service, they are now looking to add a Procurement Administrator, who is customer focussed, to provide the highest level of administration support to the Procurement Team. If you are organised; have experience within a procurement environment and are a great communicator, you will be well rewarded with a salary of up to £26,000 plus performance related bonus, cash plan healthcare, life assurance and pension. About the role: Working within a small procurement team, you will be responsible for: Manage all purchase orders Deal with supplier invoice queries Ensure off-hire equipment is managed quickly Work with suppliers, escalating as necessary Ensure all documentation is completed Provide general administrative support About you: You will already be working within an Administration role, preferably within a procurement / purchasing environment; you will also need: An excellent telephone manner Be a confident communicator at all levels (internally and externally) Organised Strong IT skills Proactive This role would suit: Purchasing Administrator; Procurement Administrator; Buying Administrator.
