The Role: As the Marketing Manager (FinTech/SaaS), you'll drive initiatives that build brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation for an innovative Verified Identity Messaging system. This is a unique technology category, and you'll play a crucial role in positioning it effectively within financial services. This position is ideal for a hands-on marketer with a creative approach, ready to experiment and impact a growing team. What You’ll Do: Lead event and workshop initiatives, from small round tables to webinars, promoting conversation around verified identity messaging in financial services. Drive thought leadership and content strategy through events, case studies, whitepapers, and digital campaigns. Oversee social media and digital campaigns, prioritise LinkedIn and website engagement, and manage the company website’s updates for SEO and user experience. Analyze key performance metrics across campaigns, events, and content, using insights to refine strategies. What We’re Looking For: A passion for onsite collaboration within an ambitious team, with the flexibility to work independently. Strong organizational and project management skills, managing both personal tasks and coordinating with partners. B2B SaaS, tech, or software marketing experience—preferably in financial services or similar fields. Experience creating content and digital campaigns that drive engagement and lead generation. An analytical, data-driven approach with familiarity in reporting and using insights to guide marketing strategies. Bonus Skills: Basic SEO/SEM knowledge, graphic design skills, and prior experience in a high-growth or start-up environment are beneficial.
