Senior IT Contract and Commercial Manager Salary - National: circa £65,000, London: Circa £75,000 Are you someone who thrives from driving value and performance within strategic IT indirect supply chains? A bit about the job: The Senior IT Contract and Commercial Manager will be expected to lead and own supplier relationships on material and/or high value supply arrangements, whilst ensuring a high-performance Governance Framework is in place that aligns to the contractual obligations, business strategies and drives continuous improvement opportunities to optimise contract value and/or improve IT Services. On a day-to-day basis, our new Manager will work closely with business colleagues and procurement as a subject matter expert to create fit-for-purpose contracts, manage contract and commercial risk and support disputes, breaches and exits, while utilising appropriate processes, systems, controls and governance mechanisms to ensure both Aviva and supplier adherence to contract obligations. This role will also include applying appropriate leadership, contract, commercial, and relationship management skills, tools and techniques that maximise the commercial value from Aviva's material and/or high value suppliers for run and major change services, ensuring 100% compliance with the Supplier Framework and Group Standards. Skills and experience we're looking for: A proven track record in leading strategic supplier and contract management, including complex negotiation, dispute management and contract changes IT Supplier Relationship management with end-to-end oversight of strategic supply including informing and managing relationship strategies; developing and managing complex IT agreements Strong experience in leading commercial relationships at a senior level Senior stakeholder management and highly effective communicator with the ability to influence at all levels Working in a complex and multi-source environment What you'll get for this role: Our purpose - with you today, for a better tomorrow - is a promise we make to our colleagues too.
