InXpress are currently recruiting for the role of Customer Service and Sales Support.
We are offering a £18,000 to £24,000 Basic Salary based on age and experience.
Due to growth within the business, we are actively looking to recruit another Customer Service/Sales Support person to join our successful team based at our office situated between East Midlands Airport and Ashby de la Zouch. This is the perfect opportunity for someone with great phone manner, who enjoys solving problems, can build rapport, is organized, enjoys a challenge, has a good positive attitude, and is keen to learn new skills in the COVID/recession beating industry of logistics.

As a Customer Service Person, you will assist and support our existing customers as well as our account managers with the process of selling our portfolio of services to new and existing customers. You will respond to both incoming calls and emails from customers; these queries could be for support when using our online portal, customs paperwork, which courier service to use, or asking for large freight quotations. No two days are the same.
In a nutshell, you will be providing exceptional customer service to ensure our customers remain happy. We go above and beyond and really do care that our customers' deliveries are successful to the best of our ability.
Experience in Customer Service and/or Logistics would be an advantage but is not essential as all customer service and logistics training will be provided. Ideally, you will be willing to learn and driven to succeed. The right attitude will ensure quick progression.
You will be passionate about our customers and products, always acting with integrity and professionalism.
You will need to have a full UK driving license and access to a car to be considered for this role for commuting to our office daily. If your application is successful, we will need to complete employment checks prior to you starting with us. These can include verifying your recent employment, address, and credit history. We may also conduct a criminal record check and a driving license check.
