Due to continued growth and internal progression, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join one of the region’s most established and respected specialist recruitment consultancies.
Based at our stunning Exeter office in Winslade Park, you’ll take ownership of a hot, high-performing 360 hybrid desk, working with clients across the Southwest and Midlands. This is a genuine opportunity to hit the ground running with an established client base, repeat business, and a strong pipeline of exclusive opportunities.

Your Role Will Include:
Running and developing a successful 360 permanent desk
Managing, nurturing, and growing your own client portfolio
Leveraging existing accounts and generating new business through strategic development
Identifying, sourcing, and managing top-tier candidates across your sector
Leading advertising and marketing initiatives for vacancies and campaigns
Overseeing all stages of the recruitment cycle – from client brief to candidate placement
Using all available recruitment resources (job boards, CRM, LinkedIn, etc.) to maximum effect
Supporting and mentoring more junior consultants (as appropriate)
Working in line with the full RGB recruitment methodology
What We’re Looking For:
You’ll be an experienced recruiter with a strong track record in 360 recruitment. This role suits someone with ambition, initiative, and the desire to build on existing success within a supportive, driven team.
Proven experience in a recruitment consultancy environment (360 or business development focused)
Commercially astute with a flair for business development and relationship management
Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
Able to work independently while being a strong team player
Organised, detail-oriented, and adept at juggling multiple priorities
IT proficient, including use of CRM systems and social media platforms for recruitment
