About the Role:
We have Site Supervisors located nationwide and are looking for talented people to join our ever-growing team.
Accountabilities:
* To coordinate and work alongside Project Engineers to ensure finished product is of the best possible quality
* To provide feedback on any installation issues and assist in remedial action where required
* To carry out ongoing snagging of works
* To monitor on site activities of sub contract labour
* To plan and coordinate on site activities and liaise between project engineers, sub-contractors and client / principal contractors when required
* Ensure Sub contractors H+S impact is minimised:
* All team are inducted with relevant toolbox talks
* Monitor Sub contract workforce for CSCS / IPAF / Telehandler license as appropriate
* Ensure checklist are being completed
* Manage sub-contractor work areas
* Manage sub-contractor housekeeping and general H+S
* Organise / attend Daily briefings with client
* Manage site housekeeping
* Manage perception of Alpine on site
* Assist with commissioning process
* Encourage reporting of and directly report near misses
Required Attributes:
* Site supervision minimum 5 years’ experience
* Previous experience of project management
* SSMSTS Qualified
* CSCS Card (supervisor)
* Experience of Microsoft Office and Outlook
* Strong work ethic to complete projects
* Effective communication skills to communicate at all levels with client, insurers, Project Engineers and Designers
Desired attributes:
* First aid qualified
* Site surveying experience
