This rewarding role is available to start immediately and will continue until the end of the academic year. Key Details Position: SEN Teaching Assistant Location: Cheltenham, Gloucestershire Start Date: ASAP Duration: Until the end of the academic year Pay Rate: £83.33 - £96.72 per day (dependent on experience and qualifications) About the Role As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will: Provide one-on-one and group support to pupils with additional needs. Assist in implementing individualized learning plans to help students achieve their full potential. Work collaboratively with the class teacher and SENCO to create a positive learning environment. Use your creativity and initiative to adapt resources and activities to suit the needs of the pupils. Support students in their academic, social, and emotional development. Requirements We are looking for candidates who: Have experience working with children, particularly in an SEN setting. Demonstrate patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills. Are proactive, adaptable, and able to work effectively as part of a team. Hold a Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable but not essential).
