Head of Paid Media – Up to £55k – Hybrid working – Manchester Office
We are seeking a Head of Paid Media to lead our clients' paid search and paid social efforts while driving exceptional performance across the agency’s client portfolio.
Role Overview:
As the Head of Paid Media, you will be responsible for leading and managing the paid media team while ensuring delivery of high-performing campaigns for clients.
This role is ideal for someone with 5+ years of experience within a paid media role, with a background in client-facing positions. You’ll be responsible for leading an expert team of paid search and paid social specialists.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage the paid media team.
2. Ensure delivery of high-performing campaigns for clients.
3. Work alongside the business development and client services team to analyze upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
4. Assist in new business efforts.
5. Manage forecasting and budgets.
6. Map out the vision for the paid media offering throughout the agency.
7. Remain the Paid Media expert throughout the agency.
Role Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in a Paid Media role.
* Proven track record of delivering outstanding results.
* Agency background.
* Experience in a client-facing role.
