About the team:
This role sits within the Savings Communications Team that is responsible for developing and implementing the marketing strategy and communications plans for the Group's saving brands, Kent Reliance and Charter Savings Bank and is part of the wider Marketing function at OSB Group. The team is responsible for developing engaging and effective communications for existing customers that further build our relationship with them as well as targeting new audiences through a range of channels, including Social and Digital.
What you will be doing:
As a Senior Marketing Executive, you will have the opportunity to create and deliver excellent Direct-to-Consumer campaigns for the Group's savings brands and manage all new product launches and repricing activity, adding value to future campaigns. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Ensuring the effective delivery of marketing/communications campaigns and core projects for the bank, coordinating successful implementation through various teams and channels.
2. Ensuring that analytics and reporting is tracked for all communication channels and providing insights into customer behaviour as a result of campaign and general marketing activity.
3. Providing updates to the Internal Communications team to promote savings activity throughout the Group.
4. Working with social media and PR teams to align campaign messaging.
5. Analysing the savings and non-savings markets, competitor activity and consumer behaviour, and producing regular competitor analysis.

Do you have the skills?
We are looking for talented individuals who have the experience and knowledge set out below:
1. 1 - 3 years' experience of working in a B2C communications role.
2. 1 - 3 years' experience of marketing delivery (with digital being a crucial requirement) is essential.
3. Intermediate skills in respect of stakeholder management and influencing skills are essential.
4. Intermediate skills in respect of Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint are essential.
