Are you a Marine Electrical Engineer with F-Gas who is looking to take a step away from hands-on work and want to work for one of the largest UK engineering defence powerhouses? In this role, you will directly impact the future of Navy Engineers while unlocking your full potential as a Marine Trainer, receiving support, training, and funding to become fully qualified.

THE ROLE:
* Deliver training modules and supervise practical instruction in Marine Electrical Engineering, even without prior training experience, focusing on developing relevant expertise.
* Teach theoretical and practical aspects of Marine Electrical Engineering, maintain training materials, and assess trainee performance.
* Ensure trainee well-being during training and handle user-level equipment maintenance, aligning with your qualifications and experience.
* 37-hour week, 8:30-4:30.
