Client Administrator
Our client are finance professionals with service their No.1 priority. Regulated by the FCA they are looking to employ a Client Administrator to play a vital role in ensuring clients received outstanding customer service and administrative support for the client during their journey with the company
Key tasks & responsibilities:
* Proactively and consistently deliver an excellent level of customer service, whether by telephone, letter or e-mail
* Identify and help support vulnerable customers.
* Taking ownership and the lead in resolving customer queries
* Complete a wide range of servicing/administrational tasks and processes in support of customers.
* Work with other team members to ensure that all customer servicing activity is completed in a timely and accurate manner.
* Keep CRM system up to date with accurate customer information.
* Follow all regulatory and legislative guidelines.
A suitable candidatewill be/have:
1. May have gained experience of working in a financial service or office environment or similar.
2. Will have some experience of working with customers.
3. Must relish working in a customer centric, yet business focused environment.
4. Will be organised, structured and able to manage their workload.
5. Have excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
