Role: Service Advisor Location: Exeter Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 P/A Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm. Manage the schedules of a team of engineers. Book preventative and corrective maintenance visits for multiple engineers. Invoice engineers' visits. Ensure all client account administration is accurate and up to date. Provide analysis reports to management for their weekly/monthly meetings. Liaise with managers daily/weekly, providing updates on jobs, difficult customers, and queries with engineers. Passively acquire new service contracts. Handle general correspondence. Perform ad hoc tasks as requested by a manager/director. Requirements: Strong Organisational Skills: Efficiently manage multiple tasks and schedules to ensure timely service delivery. Excellent Communication: Clearly and effectively communicate with clients, engineers, and team members, including listening to client needs and conveying instructions accurately. Problem-Solving Abilities: Quickly address and resolve issues that arise during the day. Customer Service Orientation: Be empathetic and patient, understanding and addressing client concerns to ensure satisfaction.
