To provide high quality support to the CEO. This is an important role where the job holder is often considered to be the voice and the face of the CEO both internally and externally. Being able to think independently, work through problems systemically and calmly and being able to communicate effectively are key parts of the role
.Duties include
1. To act as first point of contact for clients (current and potential) and colleagues and have the knowledge and expertise to know which issues and queries need to be referred to the CEO
2. To control and manage the CEO's diary, anticipating and prioritising appropriately
3. Ensure that the CEO has all the necessary information and documentation for scheduled meetings.
4. Ensure that action points from meetings are diarised and actioned accordingly.
5. Ensure potential new clients are checked on the PROMS system at the first available opportunity.
6. Order Valuations/Wealth Reports as required.
7. Ensure the administration of the CEO's portfolio is exemplary and sets the standard for the other Advisers
8. Occasional support as required by the MD
9. Maintain effective diary system to ensure clients are offered review meetings at the appropriate time.
10. Contact clients and book review meetings using diary colour coding system. Confirmation letters/emails to be sent to clients and Reminders set up.
