Support in managing the Insurance team, handling customer interactions, renewals, and contributing to achieving departmental targets while ensuring regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
– Assist in leading and supporting the team; act as the main contact in manager’s absence.
– Aid in achieving retention, cross-sales, and business targets.
– Oversee own client portfolio, ensuring >90% policy renewal retention.
– Conduct audits and ensure regulatory adherence.
– Cross-sell and up-sell Business Solutions products; seek new business opportunities.
– Manage client queries, technical calls, claims, and policy changes.
– Maintain accurate system updates to support SLA and KPI tracking.
– Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
Requirements:
– Proven team leadership experience.
– Studying for or willing to undertake CII exams.
– Essential: General insurance knowledge and compliance understanding.
– Preferred: Technical and broking experience in commercial insurance.
Skills:
– Strong communication (verbal and written), negotiation, and analytical skills.
– Organised, adaptable, able to work under pressure and on own initiative.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office and related tools.
