About the Role of Internal Recruiter in Complex Care: We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Healthcare Recruiter to join the team. In this hybrid role, you will work both remotely and from the head office, ensuring flexibility and a great work-life balance. You will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and placing Nurses and Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) in packages of care for individuals with very complex healthcare needs in their own homes. There is a responsibility for getting the candidates you resource compliant to work but will have a compliance team to support you also.
