We are looking for a team player, someone that is confident using Microsoft excel and databases, a great communicator who is detail orientated. The role of Learning and Talent Coordinator will include: Partner with teams to provide training support and organisation ensuring compliance with mandatory training remains high, and teams have the right training to meet the needs of the Customers they support. Liaise with internal and external trainers, organising face to face training and online webinars ensuring high quality training and value for money. Maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), keeping records up to date with employees, courses and assigning e-learning. Be a first point of contact for all staff in Advance with any training enquiries, via the phone and learning inbox providing excellent customer service. Researching new training requirements for the organisation when necessary, providing information on course content, delivery and costs to Learning and Talent Head and other key stakeholders. Provide monthly and quarterly data on all training activity for the purpose of review at senior leadership and board level. Opportunity to lead on learning initiatives such as staff induction and to create bespoke learning content using Articulate 360 to address organisational needs.
