THE COMPANY
Here at The Thrive Hive we are currently working with one of our favourite clients to help them find the perfect Supply Chain Manager for their UK Head Office. They are a highly respected, established organisation with offices across The UK providing services to the construction industry.
THE ROLE
This is a newly created role due to continued evolution and expansion. You will be responsible for evaluating, managing, and enhancing our client’s procurement processes while expanding their supply chain mapping network. Ideally, you will possess extensive experience in supply chain management, supply chain mapping, and procurement, with a proven track record of implementing process improvements.
This is a hybrid role – working from home with regular visits to the HQ in Brentford. You will also be expected to visit other sites in Surrey / Sussex on occasion to meet with stakeholders within the business.
THE PERSON
In order to succeed in this role you will possess excellent communication, organisation, and analytical skills, along with a strong commitment to continuous improvement. A deep understanding of supply chain mapping and risk mitigation strategies is essential.
You will need to have a strong background in supply chain management, supply chain mapping, and procurement, preferably within the construction, building materials, manufacturing, or similar industries. A qualification in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is also required.
Additionally, previous experience in implementing and managing purchase order systems would be advantageous.

To £55,000 Base + £700 per month car allowance + excellent benefits
