Job Description
As a Trainee Paraplanner, you will be supporting the Financial Planners and Paraplanners with administration support to service clients needs around financial advice, and ensuring that this service is a top class standard. The main duties will be:
3. Preparing suitability reports for clients and preparing client review packs
4. Carrying out specific research on financial products for each individual client needs
5. Carrying out reviews and dealing with client queries quickly and efficiently, and act as a point of contacts for clients
6. Submitting plans to third party provider companies
7. Maintaining all necessary administrative information, ensuring all is correct and accurate, as well as being compliant with relevant bodies
The Successful Applicant
For this role, we are looking for someone who has:
8. Worked in an IFA environment in an administration role looking for a step up
9. Ambition to build a career in paraplanning
10. Desire to study towards CII or CISI diploma qualification
11. Excellent communication skills with confidence to speak to various stakeholders and enjoys client interaction
12. Prides themselves on their customer service skills
13. Has a strong attention to detail and able to work with a high level of accuracy
14. Strong analytical skills and able to solves problems effectively
15. Confidence with systems and IT
