Help shape success behind the scenes: Become an essential part of the team as a Personal Assistant to the Principal.
We are looking for a dedicated, organised, and experienced Personal Assistant to become a key member of our supportive team at Firth Park. This role will involve providing direct daily support to the Principal, managing their calendar, coordinating events and meetings, and handling essential paperwork to ensure smooth operations.
Desirable Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven administrative experience, with a strong ability to manage tasks and workflows effectively
* Previous experience as a Personal Assistant (PA) or in a similar executive support role
* Ability to work efficiently at pace, adapting to changing priorities and demands
* Exceptional organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise with staff and external stakeholders
* Proficiency in office software (e.g. Google Workspace)
* Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
* A qualification in Business Administration or a related field is advantageous
* Experience in event coordination and meeting management is advantageous
* A positive, can-do attitude with a collaborative approach to teamwork
