Wehave been tasked with finding a dynamic handsonTransformation Programme Director to drive a strategicchange programme to reshape their subscription and eventsoffers.
The role is for one year on afixed term contract for 120k with agood chance it may continue on after the first year.
This will only work if you havepublishing in your back ground and it would be helpfulif you are familiar with publishing on line.
Weneed someone sophisticated for this role it was described to me asan Iron fist in a silk glove someone who can work with people atall levels and will ruthlessly keep the modernisation programmes ontrack.
We need you to embed a highperformanceculture built on inclusivity engagement collaboration andcontinuous improvement. Stakeholder management will be an importantaspect of the role. Experience of digital and data ledtransformation with budgetary control isessential.

KeyAims of Role
Ensure deliveryof the transformation programme
Embed necessaryprocesses to achieve aligned working acrossdepartments.
To ensure that programmes andprojects have clear KPIs that are monitored.
Tomanage progression and doentation of requirements definitionworkstreams deadlines decisionmaking actions and risks reporting tothe CEO and the ExecutiveTeam.
PersonSpecification
* Qualifiedin programme and project management odologies such as MSP PRINCE2or APM
* Good understanding of changemanagement.
* Strong crossfunctional backgroundand specifically publishing/subscription businessexperience
* Ability to navigate complexity andsensitivities ociated with managing change and reorganisation in asmall organisation with a range ofstakeholders
* Experience of leading anddelivering transformational change and the ability to convey acompelling and engaging vision ofchange.
* Experience of translating strategy intodelivery through benefits realisation plans programmes people andculture.
