3. Responsible for delivering commercial objectives across the LiveLink business.
4. Owning and leading the pricing strategy fuelled by clear market and competitor insight and business intelligence.
5. Development of training programmes working alongside the JCB academy to build increased capability and understanding of LiveLink amongst JCB regions, dealerships, and customer teams.
6. Holding excellent working relationships with some of JCB's largest customers globally.
7. Establishing key performance metrics for the success of the LiveLink platform.
8. Leading the marketing and support of the LiveLink platform, associated products, and services across the customer base, dealer networks, and JCB Sales Organisation.
This will be suited to you if:
1. You are a highly focused individual with strong leadership skills who can embody the restless drive to make our business something to be proud of.
2. You have a good understanding of telematics, machine guidance, fleet management, and/or IoT (Internet of Things) technologies and their applications in agriculture, construction, and industrial settings.
