The successful candidate will take ownership of our marketing strategy, create and optimise campaigns, leverage data, and drive performance. Reporting directly to the MD, you will lead the strategic direction of all marketing efforts, working with HubSpot and other technologies to achieve key goals of enhancing both the brand position and financial performance of the company.
You will need proven experience in managing a small team and a set of valued outsource partners to deliver across the entire marketing and communications programme, including driving SEO, growing social media channels and events.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
1. Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to achieve business growth goals.
2. Conduct in-depth competitor research and market analysis to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
3. Enhance the performance of our marketing technology stack, with a focus on HubSpot CRM, lead gen, and retention.
Campaign Management
1. Lead on planning, executing, and optimising social, SEO and PPC campaigns, with the support of valued and longstanding outsource partners to drive traffic, generate conversions and maximise ROI.
2. Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business goals, ensuring lead quality and conversion.
3. Further expand upon our HubSpot use to develop our marketing automation use, with a focus on event campaigns.
Data-Driven Marketing
1. Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance using HubSpot, Google Analytics, and other platforms.
2. Develop our reporting to understand marketing attribution to sales.
3. Use insights to refine marketing strategies, improve campaign performance, and enhance engagement and conversion.
Content and Channel Development
1. Lead the direction of required content for digital and traditional channels, including blogs, social posts, email marketing, and brochureware.
2. Develop further social strategies for TikTok, YouTube and paid subscription services.
3. Support in the management of brand and personal brand growth.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
1. Proven experience (5+ years) in digital marketing with a focus on strategy, campaign management, and CRM optimisation.
2. Expertise with tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, Meta, SEM rush etc.
3. Strong understanding of marketing technology stacks and how to optimise their performance.
4. Analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights and strategies.
5. Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
6. Demonstrated experience in achieving ROI from marketing efforts and managing budgets effectively.
