Our client is on the search for a Personal Assistant to join their team based in Hertfordshire. They are a healthcare organisation that identify, diagnose and treat skin conditions for healthcare professionals and patients. As part of this role, you will be responsible for providing professional and confidential support to the CEO. This includes completing a range of admin, analytical and organisational tasks.
This is a full time, permanent position with the option to work hybrid.
Ideal Requirements for the Personal Assistant:
1. Previous experience as a Personal Assistant within the Healthcare industry
2. Will consider a senior administrator with PA responsibility
3. Previous experience of diary management, presentation and report collation
4. Proven experience of simplifying process to streamline the administration in the team
Role Responsibilities for the Personal Assistant:
1. Providing administrative support for CEO and wider leadership team
2. Taking ownership of queries, prioritising accordingly
3. Full management of arranging meetings, both internal and external, including travel
