We have a role for a busy bespoke watch company in the heart of Mayfair, London.
They are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join their small team.
Duties will include:
* Working in a busy post room
* Dealing with couriers and suppliers
* Inbox management
* Packaging and preparing delivery of orders
* Ordering stationery
Candidates will have exceptional communication skills, customer service skills, and a meticulous eye for detail. They are looking for an administrator who can prioritise efficiently and provide unflappable, seamless support.
If you have experience dealing with DHL, Royal Mail, and other courier companies, this will be a huge advantage. Post room experience is needed along with administration experience.
Please note that there is no option for WFH in this role, and you will be required in the office Monday to Friday. Hours are 9 to 5:30.
