Role: Contracts & Performance Administrator
Contract Length: 3 months initially
Location: Southwark
IR35: Inside
You will be paid PAYE for the length of the contract: £19.31 per hour PAYE + c15% accrued holiday + pension contribution
Main Duties and Responsibilities
We are seeking an organised and proactive individual to support a contract performance team.
Key responsibilities include monitoring progress against programme plans, providing administrative support for meetings, and managing team documentation.
The role involves collating and reporting data to stakeholders, managing inboxes and responding to queries, and building relationships with suppliers and staff.
Additional duties include preparing and proofreading documents, handling purchase orders and invoices, and contributing to process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience
The ideal candidate will have strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with experience in managing data, documentation, and financial processes.
Basic knowledge of contracts, procurement and grant-making processes (awareness of the challenges faced by domestic abuse survivors would be advantageous)
Excellent IT literacy skills, and knowledge of standard Microsoft Office programmes such as Word, Excel, Teams and SharePoint.
Ability to be flexible and a willingness to pivot priorities, to meet the client’s fast-paced environment.
