Position Details: Shift: Days Hourly Rate: £12.00-£13.00 Full-time Contracts: 36 hours per week Experience Required: NVQ Level 3 and previous senior experience in healthcare Roles and Responsibilities: Oversee the day shift, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of residents throughout the night Administer medications and treatments as per care plans Provide leadership and supervision to junior healthcare assistants, ensuring high-quality care delivery Conduct regular checks on residents to monitor health conditions and report any changes Maintain accurate and up-to-date care records Ensure residents' personal care needs are met with dignity and respect Communicate with family members, staff, and healthcare professionals regarding residents' needs and care Promote a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment for residents Take part in training and professional development to maintain and improve care standards Requirements: NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care Senior Healthcare Assistant experience Passionate about delivering care to those with Dementia, Eating Disorders, and Physical Disabilities Ability to work well independently and as part of a team Please note: The care home does not offer sponsorship.
