Title: Banking Operations Manager Reporting to: Head of Treasury & Banking Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: Work together with Head of Banking to establish Global Banking Operations team covering systems, procedures, controls and governance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the company, including Legal, Compliance, Commercial, Product and Finance to implement processes and new products. Build and maintain current banking relationships. Assist in structuring Banking and FX infrastructure in new markets and evaluate new banking initiatives. Support Global Banking projects, optimizing bank account structure and developing long term strategy. Act as first point of escalation for any operational issues across Boku’s banking network. Develop and implement policies and reporting. Lead new FX and Banking partner onboarding, KYC/AML, account opening, and system set up. Work with Legal to negotiate and arrange ISDA’s Manage annual KYC renewals across banking partners globally. Manage Authorized Signatory Book and updates. Manage banking and FX trading mandates. Manage safeguarding accounts across multiple jurisdictions. Implement operational and strategic initiatives across the team. Manage Banking & FX data across Treasury systems. Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. Assist with regulatory and audit requests. Key Skills and Competencies Technical Skills MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint). Experience 5 years of professional experience in financial institution/ Fintech. Working knowledge of onboarding processes, KYC, Financial Crime, PDD, risk frameworks. Direct experience in partnerships with global/regional banks, FX providers. Experience in improving processes through change management and automation. Experience in implementing changes to existing and developing new processes. Experience in working with multiple legal entities, counterparties across different markets.
