We are looking for an experienced Spa Receptionist to join our Spa team at The Retreat, Elcot Park located in West Berkshire.

You will:
* Greet and welcome all guests to the Spa in a warm and friendly manner.
* Assist with show rounds.
* Answer phone calls/emails in a timely manner & book in guests.
* Keep the Spa reception clean and tidy at all times.
* Ensure that your general hotel knowledge is kept up to date including Restaurant opening hours, Hair and Nail salon opening hours, etc.
* Ensure your Treatment knowledge and Gaia product knowledge is at its best.
* Assist with general Spa cleaning duties as required.
* Assist with linen stocks.
* Always ensure that the Spa is well stocked with clean towels.
* Conduct regular pool/Health & Safety checks.
* Regularly attend, participate in and support training and team meetings for the Spa, including Pool Emergency Responder & Pool Plant training.
* Complete open/close procedures including putting “payments” through.
* Assist in all areas of the Spa operation as requested by management.
* Ensure all Hygiene, Health and Safety procedures and legislation are adhered to along with all other legal requirements of the business.
* Any other duties as assigned.
