Job Description
The main responsibilities for the German Speaker Business Administrator role are:
* Administer the setup of new clients and organise VAT & EPR registration documents.
* Communicate seamlessly with clients, colleagues, and external partners via phone and email.
* Stay updated on industry changes through self-education to maintain expertise.
* Handle ad-hoc administration tasks efficiently.
* Maintain transparent internal communication for optimal customer experience.
* Organise and update internal systems with relevant information.
* Monitor and meet deadlines, managing daily tasks and additional requirements.
* Manage a diverse client portfolio with high standards.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will have:
* At least 3 years of administrative experience.
