With ample access to the Club’s multiple thriving food & beverage outlets, as well as extensive conferencing space, we enjoy an ongoing and fruitful relationship with the Club itself. With refurbishment competed in 2023, the Hotel has undergone a significant upgrade to its room offering, ensuring our many return guests continue their loyalty with us. Job Description About the Role As part of the Accor Salter Brothers Portfolio, you will be surrounded by an experienced ExCom team and supported by a motivational Portfolio General Manager who will assist you in continuing the high performance of Mercure Sydney Bankstown. You will lead and inspire a team of hospitality professionals, including high potential next generation leaders already on the path to success, and one of the top performing EES teams in the Pacific region in its first year as an Accor property in 2022. In addition, you will contribute to a collaborative and successful relationship with Bankstown Sports Club, your General Manager & Hub colleagues, and will have direct access to our Hotel owners on a regular basis.
