We are currently looking for a Part- Time Receptionist/Administrator to join us at our busy Industrial, Commercial and Engineering Recruitment Agency based in Reading Town Centre.
The following information aims to provide potential candidates with a better understanding of the requirements for this role.
The right candidate will be self-motivated, organised, pro-active and keen to work as part of the existing team. Previous experience in a customer facing environment would be an advantage along with good MS Office skills.
A large proportion of our workforce are non-UK Nationals so a patient and understanding approach is essential for candidates who speak English as a 2 nd language.
The duties include:
Telephone Reception
Visitor Reception
Admin Support for Consultants
Management and update of in-house database
Registration of new candidates
Entering CVs onto Company database
Updating Candidate availability
General administrative tasks
Filing
As a part-time position, the hours are flexible. However, applicants must be able to work the busiest periods (currently Monday and Friday between 10am and 3pm) to provide the required support for our Sales Team.
