This is a part time role working 33.5 hours per week on the following work pattern: Week 1: Monday 07:45 - 16:00, Tuesday 07:45 - 17:00, Saturday 07:45 - 17:00, Sunday 07:45 - 16:00 Week 2: Monday 07:45 - 16:00, Wednesday 07:45 - 17:00, Thursday 07:45 - 17:00, Friday 07:45 - 17:00 Key Responsibilities: Supporting the Coffee Shop Manager in delivering excellent service. Ensuring that all Health and Safety standards are met at all times. Ensuring all due diligence files are completed and signed. Contribute as necessary to the improvement/changes to the menu, production methods and environment. Ensure that all work surfaces are clean and tidy “clean as you go “ at all times and that all equipment is clean and in a safe working order. Consistently delivering quality food in line with our standards. Minimise waste (portion control, complaints, quality, presentation, mistakes). Manage, train and coach new starters as necessary. Maintain and promote excellent team working across all areas of catering. Cleanliness of the kitchen such as deep cleaning, extraction, cookers and ovens to be of high standard always.
