About the Role

As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a key role in providing financial insights, analysis, and strategic advice to support decision-making across the business. Reporting to the Head of Commercial Finance, you will collaborate with various departments, support new initiatives, build business cases, and contribute to the organisation’s growth strategy.

Duties will include:

1. Taking ownership of annual budgets and forecasts, working with department heads to align financial plans with company strategy.
2. Preparing and delivering financial reports, analysis, and insights on business performance.
3. Supporting senior leadership with management information and KPI reporting to drive commercial performance.
4. Assisting in the development of strategic and commercial initiatives, including business case proposals.
