Our client, a prominent organisation within the aerospace sector, is currently seeking a Time & Attendance Advisor to join their operations team on a contract basis in Preston. This role is integral to providing essential services to approximately 30,000 UK-based employees by ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of Time and Attendance records. Key Responsibilities: Navigating multiple systems and using process knowledge to respond to employees' queries Ensuring a high level of quality and customer service, in line with the Service Level Agreement Supporting Time & Attendance tasks such as extracting and checking pay data, running reports, and data cleansing activities Contributing to the continuous improvement of existing procedures and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness Reviewing, developing, and implementing changes to working procedures and documentation Providing additional support to projects impacting Time & Attendance processes and the team when required Job Requirements: Experience in Time and Attendance process and system administration (desirable) Understanding of governance principles (essential) An appreciation of business policies and processes (desirable) Intermediate Excel skills (essential) Excellent customer service skills (essential) Ability to learn and navigate business systems and applications (essential) Excellent oral and written communication skills (essential) GCSEs or equivalent in Maths and English (Grades A-C) (desirable) Core Duties: Responding to a range of employee and stakeholder queries of varying complexity Processing transactional queries, requests, and maintaining accurate data and systems Processing pay extracts for overtime, conducting system checks and onboarding new starters Maintaining a high level of customer service in a busy customer-facing environment If you are a detail-oriented professional looking to leverage your administrative skills in the aerospace industry, we encourage you to apply now to join our client's dedicated and dynamic team in Preston
