About the role
We are excited to announce that we are looking for a dynamic and customer experienced Commercial Lead full of energy and enthusiasm to join our office-team in Birchwood. In this pivotal role, you will lead the commercial engagement with our customers in UK and Ireland.

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and coordinate the UK and Ireland commercial strategy and the creation and organization of customer offers, business development in current and new segments and the order to payment process
2. Collaborate with the UK and Ireland Operational team to help prioritize and optimize operational efficiency and ensure successful and profitable customer experiences
3. Support introduction plans for new technologies, value propositions and customer engagements with new services, industry training, technologies and products
4. Act as a team player in optimizing operations related to sales enquiries, new businesses and promotion opportunities within the UK and Ireland team
5. Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive growth and profitability
6. Other duties as assigned, including backfill support as needed to the office administrator
Your qualifications
7. Proven experience in a commercial or sales leadership role
8. Experience in the civil, mining, or infrastructure sector in the UK or Ireland is considered as an advantage
9. Strong analytical and project management skills
10. Proven track record in driving commercial success and customer satisfaction
11. Experience using a customer relationship management system
12. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
13. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to provide timely professional communication to customers by email and phone
14. Excellent communication and training skills
15. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
16. Experience of SAP is beneficial
