Job overview
We are looking for a Recruitment Assistant to work on our International recruitment. Previous experience within international recruitment and/or a similar role is desired, but full training is provided. You will need to be enthusiastic, proactive, and organised to support the delivery of an efficient and effective international recruitment service across our organisation. The Recruitment Team supports the recruitment and safe on-boarding of staff into the Trust, and this role will specialise in international recruitment.
This role will see you working with a range of stakeholders including other Recruitment Assistants, Recruitment Coordinators, Hiring Managers, Candidates, and Internal teams. You will play a pivotal role in all day-to-day recruitment administration activities.
Main duties of the job
* Manage the recruitment process for international recruitment via TRAC, our recruitment applicant Tracking System.
* Provide excellent customer service to our Hiring Managers by assisting them with their recruitment questions and queries.
* Work towards reducing our Time to Hire to help ease our staffing needs.
* Work as part of a team to deliver an excellent recruitment service to the organisation.

Person specification
* Educated to GCSE level or equivalent.
* Administration experience in a customer-facing role.
* Use of Databases.
* Microsoft Office Experience.
* Previous experience of working in a recruitment office, dealing with high volume recruitment.
* Previous experience of providing advice on HR policies.
* Previous experience of working in a healthcare setting.
