This is a varied and fast-paced role supporting an established and high-performing team. You'll be central to the smooth running of operations, trusted with key responsibilities and involved in exciting projects from day one.

The role:

* Managing busy diaries, organising meetings and travel
\n\t
* Handling calls with professionalism and discretion
\n\t
* Key client and stakeholder management
\n\t
* Organising internal and external events
\n\t
* Creating and managing marketing materials such as brochures, floor plans, and online listings
\n\t
* Liaising with external suppliers to support the property lifecycle
\n\t
* Coordinating internal communications and providing wider business support
\n\t
* Collaborating with marketing, HR, and finance teams
\n\t
* Assisting with social media and PR requests
\n\t
* Helping shape team culture through social and charity initiatives
\n
\n\n
You will be/have:
\n\n
\n\t
* A highly capable PA with 2++ yrs experience who enjoys working at pace and takes pride in being organised, professional and reliable.
\n\t
* Confident, with outstanding organisation and time-management skills
\n\t
* Excellent verbal and written communication
\n\t
* Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential matters
\n\t
* A proactive approach and the ability to prioritise effectively
\n\t
* Confidence working with Microsoft Office
\n\t
* A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to support the wider team wherever needed
\n\t
* Experience in property, private client, or professional services environment
\n
