Our UK&I HVAC Service team delivers innovative maintenance and service solutions to a wide customer base across all industry segments for Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning plus Mechanical and Electrical Works.
As an HVAC Maintenance Engineer, you will be an integral part of our service team at Heathrow/BA, focused on delivering top-tier maintenance services for HVAC systems. This role is semi-mobile, requiring travel, different client locations across the UK but will mainly be based at Heathrow. We work within a set timeframe and according to a defined process, service agreement and customer needs.

What you will do
Our Maintenance Engineers perform routine scheduled maintenance on HVAC systems at various client sites. Part of the role is to conduct inspections to assess the condition of HVAC systems and recommend necessary repairs or upgrades. You will collaborate with clients to understand specific maintenance needs and provide excellent customer service and document all maintenance activities, including work performed, parts used, and recommendations for future improvements.
This role is semi-mobile, predominantly based at Heathrow, but you would be required to work away occasionally, for a maximum of 10 weeks across the year. You will be responsible for scheduled maintenance and ensuring optimal performance of HVAC equipment, as well as compliance with health and safety regulations during all maintenance activities. To be successful for the role you need to have proven experience working on a wide variety of HVAC equipment.
What we look for
11. Proven experience in HVAC maintenance, preferably in a mobile role.
12. Relevant technical qualifications in HVAC or a related field: F-Gas qualifications and NVQ level 2 or equivalent preferable
13. A full UK driving license and willingness to travel as required.
14. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and components: DX, Split & VRV systems, AHUs & ventilation plants.
15. Experience with major manufacturers such as Daikin, Hitachi and Mitsubishi Electric
16. Ability to work independently and adapt to different working environments.
