Programme Manager (Buildings)7 Month Contract
Location: Home / York - 3 days a week on site
A leading public sector organisation is seeking a highly experienced Programme Manager with a proven track record of delivering sustainable building projects.
Conduct a detailed assessment of current and future operational requirements, including personnel, vehicles, and facilities.
Evaluate the condition and suitability of a site that is no longer fit for purpose, providing cost-benefit analysis for refurbishment, rebuilding, or relocation options.
Develop project plans with indicative timeframes, costs, and resource requirements to inform strategic decision-making.
Direct a team of Project Managers and Business Analysts to support the delivery of a comprehensive recommendations report.
Expertise in needs assessment, resource allocation, and the management of large-scale refurbishments and new builds.
Strong collaboration skills with the ability to translate operational needs into comprehensive project requirements.
Excellent report writing and stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership.
MSP/Prince2 or equivalent Programme Management qualification.
