What you’ll do :
As our new Business Administrator Apprentice, you’ll provide support to our team of credit controllers in the Finance department. Whilst this is an entry level position, we’ll support you with both your studies and all the training you’ll need to develop the skills and knowledge for this role. You’ll become the go-to person for assisting the team with a variety of administrative tasks. Your day-to-day will include:
1. Data entry: Input data into our account’s packages.
2. Supporting credit controllers: Help track queries and pull copies of invoices and supporting documents.
3. Updating records: Maintain various spreadsheets and reports.
4. Document checks: Perform checks on documents for accounts with specific rules and requirements.
5. Solving problems: Tackle challenges head-on and find smart solutions.
6. Team collaboration: Jump in to help colleagues whenever needed.
The successful candidate will finish the apprenticeship with a City & Guilds qualification at Level 2 and/or 3 in Business Administration. Why not take this opportunity to earn whilst you learn?
