About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment and Engagement Officer to join a friendly, supportive, and positive team. The role is varied with lots of opportunity to develop new skills and knowledge.
You will be required to:
* Proactively build relationships and ensure that all students have a first-class customer service experience.
* Ensure the onboarding journey and induction of students are exceptional and maximize the retention of students onto programmes.
* Deliver the timely process of funding control into the Group through supporting the administrative process of employer incentive payments, co-invest collection, DAS funding mismatches, and others.
* Ensure students with additional learning support have their needs identified and met and paperwork is completed fully in line with processes and procedures.
As a Recruitment and Engagement Officer, you should be confident, well-organized, and proactive with good IT skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
You will have:
* A relevant professional/vocational qualification at Level 3 or above or be willing to work towards.
* GCSEs in Maths and English A*-C/9-4 or equivalent.
* At least one year of experience within a customer service role.
* Experience of working within an education setting.
This is a diverse role where you will be building relationships with curriculum and support staff, and many other stakeholders.
