The Opportunity
Castle Point Borough Council is seeking two experienced administrators to join their Housing Services department to complete an urgent project. The purpose of this role is to compile data on tenants’ disabilities and vulnerabilities and the creation of a database of this information from existing paper records. Please note this role will be based full time in the council offices.
Accountabilities
1. To have responsibility for the review of existing tenancy audit records based upon guidance of information required for the creation of an excel database and update of existing Housing Management System in respect of tenant disabilities and vulnerabilities.
2. Collating and filing documents relating to the Tenancy Management Team.
The Experience You Will Bring
To be successful in the role, you will need to have knowledge of data analysis and extraction, strong IT skills in relation to database creation and updating IT systems, coupled with excellent communication skills. Experience in a Housing related activity would be an advantage.
