Working within our Network Field Ops department you will follow a comprehensive training programme throughout your journey. Formal training will be provided (internal/External), supplemented by Informal training to gain essential network skills and experience. What you’ll do You will be part of a Team responsible for the physical Implementation and First Line Maintenance of Sky's core IP and Transmission networks, which supports Sky products including: Broadband, Talk, Mobile, Corporate, and Wholesale services. The role will cover the day-to-day operations and maintenance within the Sky POP and Datacentre environments ensuring all support functions are performed to Sky’s exemplary standards. You will also be responsible for the physical implementation and preventative maintenance within the Sky LLU Estate, situated in Openreach telephone exchanges. Be responsible for the restoration of network faults across the Sky network meeting defined SLAs. What you’ll bring Full UK Driving Licence Will have a great aptitude for Innovation and forward thinking. Outstanding communication skills. Have a great attitude and determination to learn. Positive energy and enthusiasm. Exceptional organisational skills. Proven experience within the Telecom / ISP industry.
