Salary: Band I of the School Support Staff Spine (FTE £37,938 - £40,476, Actual Salary £35,603 - £37,985)A recruitment and retention allowance may be available for an outstanding candidate.

We are currently seeking to employ a Senior Behaviour Lead to work with our Pastoral team. You will provide a presence during lesson and unstructured time to ensure a high standard of behaviour and standards are maintained by students at all times. You will also have an oversight of the behaviour and standards within Key Stage 3 & 4 and support with decision making on behaviour according to policy.
To be successful in this role you will have previous experience of working in a pastoral support role as well as excellent oral and written communication skills including being discrete and sympathetic while dealing with sensitive and confidential matters.
