Employee Relations Manager – 8A We are looking for an experienced HR professional with a passion for employee relations to join our People & Development directorate and help us create our new Employee Relations team. In line with many other NHS organisations, we believe a dedicated ER function is needed to meet our needs moving forward and to progress our alignment to the Just Culture approach. You will be responsible for the provision of the employee relations service, ensuring high quality support is provided to managers and staff. You will work with managers to build an inclusive, effective and safe culture where staff are engaged and the full range of ER situations are managed effectively and justly. You will have strong ER expertise along with excellent working knowledge of the various NHS terms and conditions of service, with the ability to develop and influence others and work at all levels. Interviews to be held week commencing 25th November This role is based at Orpington College where our people & Development team work but will require travel to all BHC sites throughout the borough of Bromley with some sites in Bexley & Greenwich.
