TimePlan Education is seeking a highly experienced safeguarding professional with a strong background in operational, on-the-ground safeguarding and pastoral roles within schools.
The Role:
🔹 Full-time position, initially for one month (potential to extend)
🔹 Immediate start - hit the ground running with minimal training
🔹 Based on a campus site in Kettering
Key Requirements:
✅ Extensive experience in school safeguarding and pastoral care
✅ Proven ability to manage safeguarding referrals (ideally in Northamptonshire)
✅ Strong understanding of triaging and responding to safeguarding concerns
✅ Confident working directly with children and supporting their wellbeing
