Job Description
A leading Lloyd's (re)insurer are seeking a Group Company Secretary to lead their Company Secretarial & Governance function. This role will play an integral part in shaping the governance function and be involved in key transformational projects for the business.
Reporting to the Chief Risk Officer, the role will manage a Deputy Company Secretary and be responsible for all the U.K. entities of the Group, as well as some of the Bermudian elements too.
Ideally you will have had experience within the Insurance and by extension the Lloyd's Market, and be well-versed in new technologies that are impacting the Company Secretarial Market.
This is a hybrid position based in The City of London, with an expectation of 2-3 days in the office.
